Annoying problem today, I start streaming a playlist from my Spotify account via Sonos and after a while it stops playing. I then cannot do anything with any Sonos player, view or clear queues, add music to the queue from my NAS, listen to radio, anything. I have had to reboot my router twice to get it to restore functionality..
Its as if Spotify is blocking up traffic to/from Sonos...
Any advice? I had some recent problems and Sonos Support sent me some codes to ensure that my Bridge was the main hub of the system - they found that one of the zone players was the hub and so all traffic was going through that rather than to the bridge which is connected to my router and NAS... Do I need to check this? Is there any way of checking it all or is it another email to Sonos Support?
