New Playbar in Fault-mode?

Hello,
I received my Playbar from Sonos just 10 days ago.
It's been working out of the box like it should until just this morning, where I discovered that it was in fault-mode and therefor had no sound?
It worked fine last night and then during the night without being used it somehow gone in to fault-mode.
I tryed the mute/unmute with no result, also unplugged it for 15 minuttes with no result, goes in to fault-mode as soon as it starts up again.
It is hanging on the wall with the sonos wall mount with air around it, so i not a heating issue.
Any ideas? or will i need to return it.
