I am trying to clean up the library as much as I can and still run into inconsistent meta info. My problem is that I cannot relate this info to the actual files concerned and without that info I am unable to correct the mistakes. One example should suffice. I have renamed Artist: "Academy of St. Martins in the Fields" as such and not as "Academy of St Martin-in-the-Fields" (without the full stop after St. and with the hyphens). Yet in my list of Artists the one with hyphens still turns up. From the tagger I use I know it does not appear in the "Classical" folder (unless it is hidden somewhere in an ancient id3v1 tag) but it could still be somewhere in the parent music folder which is too big to load into a tagger with just over 60,000 tracks. If Sonos could show me what file is associated with what metadata I could correct the error, but can this be done?
