Please be advised - an issue that severely disrupts system performance may affect some Sonos systems running software version 3.7.
For a brief period yesterday, some players downloaded a corrupted version of the music service list. This is a dynamically-generated file which is downloaded and updated by all Sonos systems at regular intervals.
The problematic file affected only Sonos systems running software version 3.7 and had the potential to disrupt system performance.
The issue was quickly identified and corrected. However, if you are running software version 3.7 and experience players repeatedly disappearing and reappearing from menus (approximately every 10 seconds), please contact Sonos Support.
