I recently bought a new TV and the Sonos Home Theater setup (Playbar, Sub and 2 x Play 3). I knew the TV needed to have optical out for the Playbar connection, but I didn't realize the setup wouldn't decode DTS. Now, I've got this brand new home theater setup that won't play a single Bluray disk with surround sound. Are there any devices that will convert DTS to Dolby Digital on the fly so I can enjoy my Bluray collection with surround sound?
And, what a poor decision by Sonos to not support the latest, greatest audio codecs in their new product. Seriously, what are they thinking?
