Connection problems - Virgin Media Superhub

Set up my Sonos System last night and am experience constant problems. I can't go for more than one song without:

- Streaming service dropping out (both Spotify & Napster doing the same)
- Component losing connection with controllers
- Controller losing entire Sonos system

I have a Virgin Media Superhub, connected by ethernet cable to a Sonos Bridge in the lounge. In the next door room I have a Play:5 and upstairs in our bedroom a Play:3.

Using a PC (via wireless), iPad and iPhone as controllers.

Can anyone help? It's very frustrating.

SUPERHUB SETTINGS AS FOLLOWS:

Wireless: ON
SSID: virginmedia2498992
Passphrase: *********
Channel: 11 (sonos is on Chanel 1)
Operating Channel:11
Wireless Band Settings: 2.4GHZ (Other option is 5ghz)

Remote Access: Disabled
