TuneIn radio not displaying track information

Hello all. There may be an obvious answer but I am baffled as to why I get no track / "now playing" when using the radio on sonos. It is normal to see track information, most of the time at least, on Dab or if using internet radio directly on a computer.

I can see the station, and the "on now" line tells me what show is playing, but nothing for the tracks. The "information" line is blank. This is the same for all stations I have tried.

Is this normal ? Or is there some setting I have failed to find ? Seems an odd limitation if this is the norm.

I am in the UK if it makes a difference.
