Lack of response on ask.sonos.com

I'm writing here as my requests for information are going unanswered on ask.sonos.com.

For weeks now, the number of tracks on Napster has been a fraction of those on the Napster web site.

I had a response from Sonos 10 days ago saying it would be fixed in a couple of days. It wasn't.

6 days ago I requested an update on the thread. None was given.

There's other people regularly reporting the same issue.

I don't mind it not being fixed - sometimes technical and commercial licensing matters will take some time to get resolved, but a lack of response from Sonos is a poor show.

I'm a massive fan, have had the system since 2005 and now have 12 zones.

Come on Sonos, you used to do great customer support.
