SONOS Bridge disconnects when I want to update

When I start the SONOS software, I've been informed that I first need to apply an update (is initial installation).

When the wizard starts, it immediately fails and says that the connection with the Bridge is lost ..

Any idea ? I've done a factory reset and all ..
