Connection issues

Hi guys,

Hope you can help me with this issue - and many thanks in advance for those that reply.

I have had Sonos now for 1 1/2 years and been happy with it and have had no dramas at all (well, no major ones anyway).

Moved house a few days ago. New service provider/new modem router et al.

When I first set everything up Sonos would connect but radio and/or Nas would drop out shortly after and I had to re-connect.

After 2 days of tearing my hair out trying to sort it I've come to the forum for help because now it won't connect at all anymore.

For example, it currently will add the Bridge but then will tell me that I haven't got any Sonos components.

All the lights on the Bridge are correct (solid yellow and blinking green). Have changed channels on both modem/router and Sonos - router on channel 1 and Sonos on channel 11. This didn't seem to do anything...

The only thing that I can think of is that this is an upgraded modem/router from my previous one. Both are a TP-Link (TD-W8960N) but the new one is a 300Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router.
The old one was a few years old and I am sure isn't a 300Mbps - could this be the problem???

I have been trying a lot of things but I am out of answers and am willing to try anything (my wife has hidden the hammer though:).

Any help is very much appreciated!!!

Cheers from Down Under
