I have had Spotfiy running on my Sonos system without issue for almost 18 months . However, since a few days Spotify ceased working (error message - unable to play track lost connection to spotify)
Not finding any solution I deleted Spotify from my Sonos and tried re-adding it and it kept bouncing an error back at me.
What happens is when I try to add Spotify from the services menu, I select 'Already have an account' and push next, at this point it comes up with an error saying:
"Error
There was a problem authorizing the account.
Please check your Internet connection.
Then go back and try again.
If the problem persists, please contact Spotify for help with your account."
This message comes up as soon as I push next, before I have chance to input any of my Spotify details.
I have tried rebooting all of the zoneplayers, and even tried factory resetting and setting it up from scratch, but I get stuck at the same place each time.
I'm getting pretty stuck and running out of ideas now! Any help would be appreciated.
I am based in Belgium if that has any consequence.
