Does anyone have a suggestion or tweak to make the Sonos Desktop Controller and iPad app load the artwork faster please? A few years back it used to load a lost faster but as the Sonos software has evolved I'm convinced it gets slower with each release.
My music is stored on a recent Mac mini server 2Ghz (core i7) with loads of RAM and fast processors and wired to the network.
I use a max data size of 256KB, 500x500. There is only one bit of artwork per album and they are embedded into ALAC files.
