New to Sonos what services are free / paid for?

Looking at getting a Play 1, I can't seem to find out what services are availiable Free or Paid.

Can some help this the following questions?

If you have music on a phone/Nas/Laptop can you just stream these direct via router/sonos bridge ie no internet is required.

Internet radio are these free or paid for services.

Also I understand that only Spotify Premium accounts work, and groove sharks not supported are there any free service / limited services that are availiable.
