SC can't see Bridge/Play:1

Hello,

I've Sonos controller s/w installed on my laptop running Win7 64 Ultimate which has Norton Security Suite installed. I followed the instructions given at "https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/692" but it didn't help.

I've a Sonos bridge connected to a D-Link Wireless router and got 2 Play:1 connected. This works alright with Sonos controller app on my iPhone.

Any idea what could be wrong ?
