Help with set up

Hi there my first play 5 & bridge has been purchased but yet to be set up (hopefully early next week) but just checking on a few things!

I will be placing my first speaker in my kitchen. I have a home Apple Network (extreme & 2 express) & I am going to plug a new express into my play 5.

So to confirm I plug the bridge into my extreme (is an Ethernet cable supplied?) then place my play 5 in kitchen & plug into mains. Now do I connect the play 5 to express using another Ethernet & standard phono cable or is the Ethernet not required here?

Last thing i have spotify premium & as I add extra speakers can I play different spotify songs in different rooms or would I need extra spotify accounts to achieve this?

There is one more thing I have a decent home cinema system so would people recommend my next purchase to be the connect?
