As a newbie starting out with Sonos, I bought an Iomega Home Media NAS. I have a Mac Mini running the latest OSX and a MacBook running OSX 10.6. However, I'm less than impressed with the Iomega drive. Looking on the web, there seems to be mixed opinions as to whether it works or not with Sonos.
The kind of problems I get are:
1. Occasionally can'e see it in Finder as a shared device or can see the device but not the content of the music folder
2. Just bought a Sonos Connect but cannot see the NAS from the controller.
Anyone have suggestions or should I just forget about it and get another NAS ? if so, suggestions as to which one I should go for.
