I've been using Sonos for a while now. I tend to use itunes to organise my library and then import the playlists in to Sonos. This works well enough but one thing that bugs me in both programs is the ability to tag a digital music file with a "Single" tag instead of a "Album" tag.
I have quite a few vinyl singles that i've been converting to digital format, what i've been doing until now is putting the catalogue number of the single in the "Album" field which gives it some identity but of course when I look at my Albums list in both itunes and Sonos all the singles appear in the list - which is irritating. Is there any way around this? How do I keep my singles separate from albums?
