Hello all
I have had a sonos system for about a year and recently found that every time I opened up the controller it couldnt find the system. I have checked firewall to ensure sonos is able to get through, I have checked, double checked and triple checked the set up from router, to bridge to my play 5 speaker...I am worried whether my bridge unit or the ethernet cable may not be working, or whether my broadband (sky) needs upgrading - it is a shame as I love listening to my music on my sonos system and after spending the money to get something as good as this is really frustrating to have sat silently on the side doing nothing - any assistance on this would be gratefully received
