How many songs in iTunes playlists?

Greetings.

I'm pretty sure that once, when I was having an issue, a Sonos technician told me how to find out how many songs you have in your iTunes playlists so you can see if you have reached the limit of 40,000...but I don't remember how and can't figure it out. Anyone know?
