Trouble adding a ZP90 to existing system

I have:

Bridge
Play 3

Works great

I can add a ZP90 to the controller if it is wired into the network but have no luck getting making wireless connection through bridge.

I've done the factory reset
When connected wired updated the firmware

Tried re-installing the controller software on my MAC
Tried the contoller software on the iPad

Pulled out a few hairs

Thoughts?
