I thought I would post this in case others run into same issue. Sonos system a couple years old working great. All through holidays worked flawlessly. We had to get a new network router and had intermittent issue. Then one day 2 players will not connect. Tried all kinds of resets. Finally brought each to the bridge and connected via Ethernet. That did the trick, plus allowed each to receive most recent update. After testing each, removed from bridge cable cable connections and they now work fine. Pretty easy to do and less time consuming than chasing phantoms in the router (all other devices in the house working fine with new router).
